deposit
Before your arrival we will ask for a deposit of 350,00 euros - you will get this back before your departure, provided everything has been left in the same condition as it was when it was handed over!
Non-smoking area in the entire property
We politely point out that our VILLA JOKA is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. In the event of non-compliance, we allow ourselves to charge a flat-rate cleaning fee of € 250,00.
