Description:

The holiday home is approx. 180 square meters and is located in the settlement of Volme near Banjole. Volme can be easily reached by car or by plane (airport in Pula). The settlement is located directly on the sea with its own port and you can reach the sea in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 300m). The holiday home is located in an exclusive holiday home park with several units and a lockable gate. The house was rebuilt and completed in early 2021. The garden of VILLA JOKA has its own swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and an outdoor grill. A large carport with 2 parking spaces is located right next to the house entrance. Additional parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity.

The interior of the house is practical and spacious: three bedrooms, each with a box spring bed and a bedroom closet. Two bathrooms each with a shower, toilet and large washbasin (towels and a hairdryer are available).

A washing machine is available for use. A sofa bed (pull-out) is available for an additional 2 beds. On the first floor there is a large terrace and a balcony with a view of the two bays. On the top floor there is a spacious terrace where you can experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets. In addition to the sun loungers, there is also an outdoor shower and sink on the roof.

The entire house is very high quality processed and equipped (modern, exclusive, German standard). Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Underfloor heating is also available for the colder months (autumn / winter) - a pleasant room climate is definitely provided.

Comfortable sun loungers and relax chairs with a table are available to you on all outdoor areas around the pool and the two terraces / balconies.

The sophisticated kitchen with island cooking solution (induction hob) is very spacious and fully equipped, such as a Jura coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

On the terrace on the ground floor there is a large dining / garden table with 8 garden chairs - perfect for large families too.

Pamper yourself with a morning coffee or a refreshing aperitif in VILLA JOKA!

For the perfect relaxation and its catering options is provided in an exemplary manner. There is a large selection of restaurants / cafes, a supermarket, petrol station and bakeries in the vicinity. For an evening visit / excursion, Pula or Medulin (each approx. 4 km away) is recommended -> more under the tab "Sights".

Other important information:

• Arrival possible from 3 p.m. - departure by 10 a.m.!
• The swimming pool is closed from Sat, Nov 9, 20214 to Sun, Apr 13, 2025. It applies to bathing from 23:00 in the evening until 7:00 in the morningvoffered, as well as general night's rest!
• A security deposit of EUR 350,00 is required upon arrival. This is deposited in cash. You will usually receive the reimbursement upon departure. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after the property has been checked and no damage is found.
• No pets allowed!
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire property!
